Selection Process:
The selection will be on the basis of the interview. The list of selected candidates will be uploaded to the website. Candidates are advised to check the Institute website regularly for information.
Candidates have to fill out the Offline Application Form available on the AIIMS Gorakhpur website and bring along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following relevant documents, Demand Draft and one passport size color photograph pasted in the application form
Required Documents: 
The Candidate should bring the following original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of the Interview with the application form:-
1) Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, etc.)
2) Address Proof.
3) Certificate showing Date of Birth. (10th Certificate / Birth Certificate). No Age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.
4) Class 10th & 12th Certificates.
5) MBBS/MD/MS/DNB/M.Sc/Ph.D Mark sheets & Certificates.
6) Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council / Respective Council.
7) Experience Certificate.
8) Internship Completion Certificate and Attempt Certificate.
9) FMGE certificate conducted by NBE (For foreign graduates).
10) No Objection Certificate in case of Govt. / Semi. Govt., PSU Employee.
11) Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PH) (*Candidate should belong to a non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC and be issued by the competent authority within one year).
12) Publications.
13) Candidates are requested to bring properly filled form format as mentioned in annexure “A”
14) Any other relevant documents.
