Baroda UP Bank Apprentices Posts Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2022:

Selection Process & Exam Pattern:
Selection for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the basis of (1) online written test and (2) test of the local language.
1. Online written test:
The structure of an online written examination (online objective type) would be as follows.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern:
1. General Awareness – No. of Questions 25, Maximum Marks – 25, Duration – 15 minutes
2. General English/ Hindi – No. of Questions – 25, Maximum Marks – 25, Duration – 15 minutes
3. Numerical Ability – No. of Questions – 25, Maximum Marks – 25, Duration – 15 minutes
4. Reasoning Ability – No. of Questions – 25, Maximum Marks – 25, Duration – 15 minutes
Total – No. of Questions – 100, Maximum Marks – 100, Duration – 15 minutes
Each test will have separate timing as mentioned above. The questions will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi, except for the test of General English / Hindi. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.

2. Test of the local language:
The specified local languages of the state are as mentioned in Para A of the advertisement. The candidates applying for vacancies should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages as mentioned in Para A of the advertisement. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be
conducted after qualifying for the online written examination. Candidates who fail to qualify for this test will not be engaged for an apprentice. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test. Candidates will have to appear for the test of specified opted local language at the time of
documents verification.
3. Medical Examination:
The engagement of selected apprentices is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
Final Selection will be subject to:
a) Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application
b) Qualifying in a test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above.
c) Fitness in the Medical examination.
