Eligibility Criteria for BHEL Recruitment 2022:
Education Qualification:
1. For the Engineer Trainee in (Civil/ Mechanical/ IT Electrical/ Chemical/ Metallurgy)- Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five years integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree program in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Civil or Mechanical or IT or Electrical or Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.
2. For the Executive Trainee in (Finance) – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University.
3. For the Executive Trainee in (HR) – candidates have qualified with a regular bachelor’s degree with 60% marks. or, Two years full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma with 55% markes.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Interested candidates are born Between 27 and 29 years. candidates are born before 01/09/1993. Age relaxed by as per as government rules & regulation.

Pay Scale:
The salary is fixed for all the candidates. Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- on the scale of pay of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives on the scale of pay of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- with basic pay of Rs 60,000/-.
