Selection Process:
The selection will be based on an interview. Eligible candidates will be informed of the date and time of
the interview in due course through e-mail/mobile and the interview will be conducted at ESIC Model and
Super Speciality Hospital, Asramam, Kollam. The applicants should be present along with the application in
the prescribed proforma, all original documents including caste certificate, one set of Xerox copies of all
original documents, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application), and the
requisite application fee at the time.
No TA/DA will be admissible for “Walk-in-Interview”. Required Documents:
The Candidates Shall bring the following documents (in original) with them on the date of the interview.
1) MBBS Degree Certificate.
2) MCI Registration Certificate.
3) Matriculation certificate in support of Date of Birth.
4) PG Degree/Diploma Certificate (Qualification prescribed for the post).
5) Experience Certificate
6) Caste Certificate and Non-creamy layer certificate, if applicable.
7) LPC/No Due Certificate from the previous employer, if applicable.
8) Any other relevant document.
