Selection Process & Exam Pattern: Selection for the post of Assistant Court Secretary (Stenographer) will be made on the basis of performance in the following Tests – 1. Shorthand and Typing Test – Maximum Marks – 100, Minimum Marks for passing the test – 60 2. Viva-voce – Maximum Marks – 20, Minimum Marks for passing the test – 10 Grand Total – Maximum Marks – 120 Marks, Minimum Marks for passing the test – 70 Marks
Note – As per Rule 5 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Direct Recruitment by Selection) Rules, 1984 eligible candidates will be called for the Shorthand and Typing Test in the ratio of 1:5 as against the number of posts notified in the respective categories.
