Selection Process, Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
The eligible/short-listed candidates for the posts in Grade-C will have to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview.
Selection Test:
Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT), Total Marks – 100 (Weightage 85%), Qualifying Marks – 50% for General, OBCs & EWS 40% for SC, ST and PwBD
Phase-II – Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task(GT), Total Marks – 30 (Weightage 5%), Qualifying marks – No Qualifying Marks.
Personal Interview (PI) Total Marks – 10 (Weightage 10%) Qualifying marks – No qualifying marks.
For the post of Senior Security Officer will have to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview –
Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT), Total Marks – 100 (Weightage 85%), Qualifying Marks – 50% for General, OBCs & EWS 40% for SC, ST and PwBD
Phase-II – Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task(GT), Total Marks – 30 (Weightage 5%), Qualifying marks – No Qualifying marks.
Personal Interview (PI) Total Marks – 10 (Weightage 10%) Qualifying marks – No qualifying marks.
Selection of candidates applying for the post of ‘Senior Security Officer’ GRADE B will be based on Personal Interviews only.
Candidates who qualify in the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be called in a ratio of 1:5 for the GD & PI based on marks in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
The provisionally selected candidates will have to undergo Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME).
The provisionally selected candidate(s) will be finally selected to join OIL only after he/she is declared medically fit by OIL Hospital.
