Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a Walk-in-interview.
1. Document Verification – Only those candidates who are found eligible by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear in the
Interview.
2. Interview – For final selection, a merit list will be prepared in descending order separately for each discipline & category on the basis of total marks obtained in the Interview.
Required Documents:
1. Proof of Date of Birth (Class X/Matriculation certificate of recognized Board/Council)
2. Class XII Marksheet
3. MBBS Mark Sheets of all Years
4. MBBS Degree/Passing Certificate
5. MBBS Registration Certificate (State/MCI)
6. Internship completion certification (For GDMOs)
7. Post Graduation Mark Sheets
8. Post Graduation Degree/Passing Certificate
9. PG Registration Certificate (State/MCI)
10. Valid practitioner license.
11. Experience Certificate showing relevant post qualification experience from the employer. (In case of retired employees, a service certificate issued by the parent organization should be given).
12. Photo Identity Proof (either Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License,
Passport).
13. Address proof.
14. Caste Certificate/PwD Certificate (if applicable).
15.  A self-certificate that he/she has not separated under Voluntary retirement/separation (For ex-employees of SAIL and other PSUs/Govt. Only)
