Stenographer Gr-III:
The Online computer-based examination will be of the standard consistent with the minimum educational qualification prescribed i.e graduation qualification. The question that appears in the computer-based examination shall be objective type with multiple choice answers for 50 marks. The Skill test (Stenography) is for 30 marks and the oral interview (Viva-voce) Will be for 20 marks.
The computer-based examination will be conducted for 50 questions (25 questions – general knowledge and 25 questions – General English) and each question will carry one mark. The duration of the online examination will be 60 Minutes.
For Computer-based examination in receipt of general Knowledge subject, the question paper will be made available in English and Telugu languages.
Transcription tests from shorthand to longhand will be conducted with the use of Computers.
The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the written examination shall be 40% for O.C and EWS candidates, 35% for the BC Candidates and 30% for Sc, St & PH Candidates and these candidates alone will be called for skill Tests.
The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the skill test are 40% for O.C and EWS candidates and 35% for the candidates of the BC category and 30% for the candidates of SCs, STs, and PH categories.
The Candidates qualified in The Computer-based examination will be called for certificates verification prior to the Oral Interview (Viva-voce) and the candidates who are eligible after the certificate verification, will be called for an oral interview in the ratio of 1:3 of the notified/available vacancies.
Junior Assistant: The online computer-based examination will be of the standard consistent with the minimum educational qualification prescribed i.e Bachelors Degree of any University in India established pr incorporate by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act, or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent examination. The question appearing of the computer-based examination shall be objective type with multiple choice answers for 80 marks. The Skill test (Stenography) is for 20 marks and the oral interview (Viva-voce) Will be for 20 marks.
The computer-based examination will be conducted for 80 questions (40 questions – General Knowledge and 40 questions – General English) and each question will carry one mark. The duration of the online examination will be 90 Minutes.
Typist:
The online computer-based examination will be of the standard consistent with the minimum educational qualification prescribed i.e Intermediate Qualification. The question appearing of the computer-based examination shall be objective type with multiple choice answers for 50 marks. The Skill test/typing test is for 30 marks and Viva-voce Will be for 20 marks.
The computer-based examination will be conducted for 50 questions (25 questions – General Knowledge and 25 questions – General English) and each question will carry one mark. The duration of the online examination will be 60 Minutes.
