Selection Process:
The Recruitment process will comprise of two succesive staze –
1. Written Examination (General Duty) of 85 Marks (MCQ Type)
2. Interview or Persnality Test for 15 Marks.

Part – A
General Aptitude Test and Computer Literacy.
General Aptitude Test: general Intelligence, General Awarness & English language Comprehension.
Computer Literacy: Candidtes is expected to be able to handle all regular office work on Computers, Knowledge of MS Office, Including basic comands Google. Doc, emails
Commonly use social media handles (whatsapp, FB,twitter etc) would be tested.
Part – B – Functional Knowledge
Indian & International food Laws.
FSSAI – Role, Function, Intiatives (A general understandings)
Subject Matter Knowledge – Principles of Food preservation, processing & packaging
Principles of basic of food chemistry and their role in human nutrition.
Food Micrology & General principles of food Hygiene
General Concepts of Food Analysis and testiong
